Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel job in Westborough, Massachusetts.

Make a real difference as a travel PTA with a respected home health provider in Westborough, MA. You will work with patients recovering from injury or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and remain as independent as possible while following the established plan of care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current, active PTA license, registration, or certification to assist in the practice of physical therapy in Massachusetts is required to start the assignment.
  • Current CPR certification required.
  • Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or reliable public transportation.
  • Experience providing home health services or visiting patients in community settings preferred.
  • Ability to follow a plan of care, document progress notes per agency policy, and communicate effectively with supervising PT, nursing, and other members of the healthcare team.
  • Schedule flexibility required to participate in weekend rotation and potential availability on observed holidays.
  • State-specific requirements apply. For MA: no additional state-specific requirements noted. Candidates licensed in other states must meet their state requirements prior to start.

  • Travel requirement: Visits patients across the agency’s service area and may cover nearby agency service areas as needed.
