Travel Hospice Rn Apply
Position: Hospice RN
Location: Barre, VT
Pay scale: $2907 - $3007/week
Shift: Day (Sunday-Thursday)
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including pain and symptom management.
- Assess patient's physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Educate patients and families about the hospice process and care options.
Requirements:
- Required: BLS, RN license
- Experience with hospice case management required
- Experience providing hospice care in a home setting required
- Minimum 2 years of experience
