RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work varied schedule with weekend and holiday rotation requirements
\n• Possible call and float responsibilities to support other units
\n• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care for ICU patients
\n• Complete patient assessments including physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural and discharge planning needs
\n• Formulate and implement individualized care plans based on assessment data and patient-specific needs
\n• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team members
\n• Provide direct patient care, coordination, delegation and supervision of healthcare team activities
\n• Document all care provided in patient records in accordance with policy and regulatory requirements
\n• Evaluate patient and family response to care and teaching, revising care plans as needed
\n• Maintain current Arizona RN license or compact RN licensure
\n• BLS certification required
\n• Must have minimum one year acute care hospital experience in specialty area
\n• Experience must include working in acute care setting within past 12 months as Registered Nurse
\n• Bachelor's degree and professional certification preferred
\n• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and work in direct patient care environment
