• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2100 - $2250\n
• Charting System: EPIC (preferred for healthcare jobs)\n
• Scrub Colors: Any color\n
• Weekend/Holiday Rotation: Every other weekend and holiday\n
• Float Requirement: May float to Medical-Surgical unit as needed\n
• On-Call: Possible during low census hours (with on-call pay)\n
• Orientation: 8 hours\n
• Radius Rule: Must live outside a 50-mile radius from facility\n

• Active Michigan RN license (required for Michigan healthcare jobs)\n
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications\n
• Associate Degree or Certificate in Nursing required; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred\n
• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience\n
• Experience with EPIC charting system preferred\n
• Ability to work independently, adapt to change, and manage tasks efficiently\n
• Must be able to work every other weekend and holiday as scheduled\n

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients in the ICU\n
• Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in patient conditions\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members\n
• Float to Medical-Surgical unit as needed to support patient care\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EPIC\n
• Participate in on-call rotation during low census periods\n
• Demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and strong communication skills\n
