Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts
\n• Guaranteed 48 hours per week with overtime after 48 hours worked
\n• 13-week contract assignment starting ASAP
\n• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
\n• May float to MS unit if needed
\n• Subject to low census and on-call status with 2-hour minimum call back
\n• Contract eligible for 36 hours of unbillable low census hours
\n• ICU unit maintains 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio
\n• Must live outside 50-mile radius of facility
\n• Required certifications: Michigan RN license, AHA BLS, and ACLS
\n• 2 years ICU experience required, MS experience highly preferred
\n• EPIC charting system experience required
\n• Must be hard-working, resilient, and manage change well
\n• Ability to work independently and complete tasks in a timely manner
\n• Any color scrubs acceptable
\n• Associate degree or certificate required, Bachelor's degree preferred
\n• Interviews available Monday through Friday
