Job Details:

• Critical Care RN position with 2:1 to 3:1 patient ratios
\n• Weekend coverage required
\n• Must be willing to float to MS/Tele and ER for critical care holds
\n• 2 years of experience required with travel experience preferred
\n• Trauma Level II experience preferred
\n• Cerner charting system experience required
\n• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, TNCC or TCAR, NIH, 6 hours of stroke education, EKG course completion
\n• Care for patients in Neuro ICU and Surgical ICU settings
\n• Manage patients with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure
\n• Experience required with arterial line management, central line care, ventilator management, and cardiac drips
\n• Must be competent in post-cardiac surgery care, TAVR procedures, and neurological monitoring
\n• Handle emergency medications, procedural sedation, and blood product administration
\n• Care for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations
\n• Daily census of 15 patients in 20-bed unit
\n• Interdisciplinary support includes IV teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
