ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in South Charleston, West Virginia.

\n\nAssignment Duration\nThis is a 13-week contract position.
\n\nSchedule\n12-hour night shifts, three times per week, every other weekend, rotating major holidays.
\n\nJob Description\nThe ICU serves critically ill patients with complex needs and potential life-threatening conditions. This position requires hands-on nursing care with advanced monitoring and treatment of various critical conditions.
\n\nResponsibilities\n- \n
- Provide care for 1 to 2 patients, with occasional oversight of a third patient. \n
- Perform hemodynamic monitoring and manage critically ill patients. \n
- Titrate drips including Levophed, Cardizem, Amiodarone, Heparin, and Insulin. \n
- Assist in invasive procedures and care for patients with acute medical conditions such as Sepsis, Acute MI, and strokes. \n
- Work independently but collaborate with hospitalists and available specialists. \n
- \n
- Two years of critical care experience is required. \n
- Experience with CRRT, IABP, and Impella is preferred. \n
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS; preferred: PALS, TNCC. \n
- Nursing license required to practice. \n
