- CCL (Cardiac Catheterization Lab) Certification
- ARRT License (New Jersey)
Certification Details
- Scrubs and monitors cardiac, vascular, interventional radiology and interventional neurology procedures.
- Access site and symptom management, including sheath removal.
- Takes emergency, after hours call (minimum 15 call shifts required).
- Schedules in and outpatients for all procedures.
- Assists in admitting, recovering, and discharging in and outpatients.
- Previous Cath Lab experience required.
- Must have CCL, Interventional Radiology, and Interventional Neuro experience and on call responsibilities.
- Techs in the lab are the 1st assist to the physicians and must be able to work independently.

Job Requirements
- 4 10 hour shifts per week, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Emergency, after hours call with minimum 15 call shifts required.

- On call responsibilities with emergency after hours call.
Unit Specific Information
- 2 COVID-19 vaccines and booster required or declination completed.
- Proof of 2 MMR vaccines or positive titer showing immunity.
- Annual respirator fit test required.
- Hepatitis B vaccination required; declinations not accepted at some locations.
- Flu vaccine or declination required during flu season.
- TB test within one year of start date.
- Driver's license, State ID, or Passport required.
- Varicella vaccination or titer showing immunity required.
- Tdap vaccination required; declinations not accepted at some locations.
- Physical/Health statement annually required, must state clear to work.
- National criminal background check within one year of start date.
- Prime Core Competencies Exam with minimum 80% score required.
- Prime Skills Checklist required.
- Annual Prime Color-blind test required.
- Prime Agency Attestation required.
- Prime SAM/EPLS exclusion search required.
- Prime Badge Photo required.
- Prime Form I-9 (Employment eligibility verification) required.
- Prime Specialty Exam with minimum 80% score required.
- Prime Orientation Packet required.
- Prime Job Description signed by employee required.
- Prime Education Verification required.
- DCI/BVP certification for Workplace Violence Prevention required.
- Prime Drug Screening (minimum 10-panel test) within 60 days of start required.
