JOB DESCRIPTION :
JOB : LPN or Travel LPN
LOCATION : Roswell NM 88201, Belen NM 87002 & Bloomfield NM 87413
FACILITY:
- Genesis west region
CONTRACT DURATION: 8-13 weeks
SHIFT INFORMATION:
- 12s hours shifts available ( Day or Night )
PAY RATES: $37 - $50 per hour (Negotiable)
KEY RESPOSIBILITIES:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient health status and report changes to the RN or healthcare team.
- Provide patient care, including assisting with daily activities and ensuring patient comfort.
- Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including progress notes and medical histories.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Active LPN license .
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an LPN (preferred)
