GQR Healthcare is seeking a LPN / LVN Behavioral Health for a travel job in Coalinga, California.

Start date: TBD
Shift: Day shift for orientation for 30 days, actual shift time will not be assigned until you are onsite, you MUST BE FLEXIBLE TO WORK ANY SHIFT ASSIGNED
Length: 26 or 52-week contracts
Hours: 5x8s, 40 hours, 2 days off will be set each week
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years of experience as an LVN
- 1 year of recent, full-time, experience in any of the following specialties: behavioral health, inpatient psych, corrections, med/surg, ER/ED, ICU, PCU, LTAC, clinic, urgent care, or ambulatory
- Active CA LVN license free of current or previous disciplinary actions
- Active AHA BLS
- Ability to pass a background check/finger printing
- Ability to pass a drug screen
