LPN needed in Clovis, NM for a Skilled Nursing or Long Term Care setting. You will provide direct resident care including medication administration, treatments, wound care support, monitoring for changes in condition, and communicating updates to the RN and provider team. Expect a steady, team based environment with busy med passes, strong resident advocacy, and consistent documentation. Active LPN license required (NM)\n\nBLS preferred (facility dependent)\n\nRecent LTC or SNF experience preferred\n\nComfortable with med passes, injections, tube feeds, wound care, vitals, and basic assessments within LPN scope\n\nEMR charting and accurate documentation required\n\nFloating within the facility may be required based on census\n\nMust be able to pass background, drug screen, and complete all facility compliance items on time\n\nFlexibility with scheduling, including weekends and holidays as needed
