TheraEX Staffing Services is seeking a LPN / LVN Med Surg for a travel job in Turtle Lake, North Dakota.

📋 Requirements – LPN/LVN:
Active North Dakota (ND) LPN License
Minimum 2 years of LPN experience
BLS Certification (AHA required)
Experience in Med Surg (ED exposure preferred)
Strong experience with geriatric patient care
Knowledge of dementia, stroke care, and skin/wound care
Comfortable working in a team-based assignment model
Must be open to every other weekend (EOW)
Comfortable being first to float (within scope)
RTO must not exceed 7 days (must be disclosed upfront)
