• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Laboratory Scientist / Clinical Laboratory Scientist in a hospital or clinical laboratory setting\n

• Proficiency in Point-of-Care Testing (POCT) and familiarity with CLIA regulations\n
• Experience with laboratory information systems (LIS) and accurate documentation practices\n
• Strong attention to detail, quality control, and commitment to patient safety\n
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team\n

• Conduct Point-of-Care Testing (POCT), verify results, and ensure accurate documentation in the LIS\n
• Perform routine quality control, calibration, and troubleshooting of laboratory instruments and equipment\n
• Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure a safe, efficient laboratory work environment\n
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support timely patient diagnosis and treatment\n
• Adhere to hospital and laboratory safety policies, infection control practices, and regulatory standards\n
