• Proven experience with Immunohistochemistry (IHC) stains and troubleshooting IHC protocols\n
• Strong skills in embedding, microtomy, and slide preparation\n
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and maintain a professional, positive demeanor in a fast-paced lab\n

• Embed tissues and perform microtomy to produce high-quality sections for diagnosis\n
• Perform special stains and manage/troubleshoot staining instrumentation and programs\n
• Log incoming tissues, prepare slides for staining, and file slides and cassettes accurately\n
• Operate advanced laboratory equipment including Roche Benchmark Ultra IHC stainers, Sakura tissue processors, Thermo Fisher embedding systems, and Leica microtomes\n
• Maintain documentation and follow quality control procedures in the hospital laboratory\n
• Uphold a professional and easy-going attitude while supporting a collaborative clinical lab team\n
