• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or Medical Laboratory Science\n
• ASCP MLS certification (or equivalent national certifying agency) — Medical Laboratory Scientist / Clinical Laboratory Scientist credential required\n
• Minimum 2 years of clinical laboratory experience in a hospital setting (generalist experience preferred)\n
• Epic EMR experience required (Epic lab modules experience highly preferred)\n
• Generalist proficiency in blood bank, chemistry, hematology, coagulation, urinalysis, and gram stains\n
• Must be separated from BILH for at least 6 months and in good standing\n
• No local candidates — travel assignment only\n

• Perform clinical laboratory testing and analysis across blood bank, chemistry, hematology, coagulation, urinalysis, and gram stains\n
• Maintain functional laboratory sections to meet patient care needs for a hospital laboratory\n
• Uphold laboratory policies, quality control, and ensure accuracy and compliance with lab standards\n
• Collaborate closely with supervisors, the laboratory director, and chief of pathology\n
• Contribute to a positive, efficient work atmosphere and support patient-centered care\n
