Perform moderate to high complexity laboratory testing across hematology, chemistry, microbiology, urinalysis, and blood banking
\n\t\n\t - \n\t
Analyze and interpret lab results, ensuring accuracy and reliability for patient diagnosis
\n\t\n\t - \n\t
Collect and process biological specimens following proper protocols
\n\t\n\t - \n\t
Maintain, troubleshoot, and calibrate laboratory equipment
\n\t\n\t - \n\t
Ensure compliance with quality control standards and regulatory guidelines
\n\t\n\t - \n\t
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to support patient care
\n\t\n

Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field (required)
\n\t\n\t - \n\t
Certification as MT (ASCP) or MLS (ASCP) or equivalent (required)
\n\t\n\t - \n\t
Must meet CLIA requirements for high-complexity testing
\n\t\n\t - \n\t
Minimum of 1–2 years of recent clinical laboratory experience preferred
\n\t\n\t - \n\t
Current BLS certification (preferred)
\n\t\n
