Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with a focus on medical-surgical and oncology needs.
\n
• Utilize EPIC charting system effectively to document patient care accurately.
\n
• Manage patient care with a ratio of 5:1, ensuring adherence to facility protocols.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including IV Teams, Physical Therapy, and Respiratory Services.
\n
• Float within designated pods as required to provide comprehensive care coverage.
\n
• Participate in rapid response and code teams as needed to enhance patient safety.
\n

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in a medical-surgical setting required.
\n
• Active BLS certification required; OCN certification preferred.
\n
• Experience with oncology care and treatment preferred.
\n
• Proficiency in the use of isolation precautions and PPE for patient safety.
\n
• Experience with EPIC charting system required.
\n
• Previous charge nurse experience preferred but not required.
\n
