Location: Tyler, Texas

Schedule: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:00), 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio on a 36-bed unit

• Specialized Medical Surgical unit focusing on Ortho Trauma and Total Joint Replacement
\n
• Epic charting system with comprehensive interdisciplinary support including Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Pharmacy, and Rapid Response Teams
\n
• 13-week travel assignment with competitive compensation and overtime opportunities after 48 hours in one week
\n
• Care for diverse patient populations including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
\n
• Collaborative environment with access to Interpretation Services, Radiology, Social Services, and Transportation support
\n

\n
• Active RN license (state or compact license required at time of submission)
\n
• BLS certification required; ACLS and NIHSS preferred
\n
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience preferred
\n
• Ortho Trauma and Total Joint Replacement experience required
\n
• Previous travel experience preferred
\n
• Epic charting system experience required
\n
• Trauma Level I or II experience preferred
\n
• Must complete core compliance items and labs within 48 hours of contract signing
\n
