• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Scientist in a hospital or clinical laboratory setting\n
• ASCP certification or equivalent preferred (MLS(ASCP), AMT, or state licensure where applicable)\n
• Familiarity with hospital laboratory testing, quality control (QC), and CLIA regulations\n
• Ability to work 10-hour night shifts, 4 shifts per week\n
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to patient-centered laboratory services\n
• Excellent communication, teamwork skills, and experience collaborating with nurses, physicians, and lab staff\n

• Perform a variety of clinical laboratory tests and procedures according to established protocols and hospital policies\n
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment and instruments to ensure reliable results\n
• Accurately record and report test results in the laboratory information system (LIS) and maintain required documentation\n
• Follow quality control, calibration, and preventive maintenance procedures to meet lab quality standards\n
• Ensure timely turnaround of test results to support patient care decisions in the hospital setting\n
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards (CLIA, HIPAA) at all times\n
