Rang Healthcare is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a travel job in Carbondale, Illinois.

Job Title: MRI Technologist
Location: Carbondale, IL
Type: Full-Time (36 Guaranteed Hours/Week)
Schedule:
- Work Days: Monday – Thursday
- Hours: 12:30 PM – 11:00 PM (10.5-hour shifts)
Call Requirements:
- On-call up to 10 days per month, split equally among the team
- Typically, every 4th to 5th week
- On-call shifts scheduled during regular work days whenever possible to avoid call on off days
Experience Requirements:
- 1 year of MRI experience preferred
- Must maintain IV and contrast competency
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform MRI scans with attention to quality and patient safety
- Accurately utilize the PACS system for image storage and communication
- Assist with clerical and administrative tasks to support departmental efficiency
- Collaborate with Radiologists to verify and confirm scan protocols
- Ensure adherence to MRI safety standards and protocols
