• 26-bed Cardiopulmonary Telemetry & Neuro unit

• ACLS

• Prophecy Dysrhythmia Exam\n

  • Must be completed 24–48 hours before offer acceptance
  \n
  • Maximum 2 attempts
  \n
  • No exceptions or third attempt
  \n
\n
• Pass/Fail Simulation Lab on Day 1 of orientation\n
  \n
  • Study guides provided before orientation
  \n
\n

• Patient Ratio: 1:3–4
\n
• Charge nurse without patient assignment
\n
• PCT support: 1:13 patients
\n
• Centralized telemetry monitoring
\n
• RNs must independently interpret EKG rhythms
\n
• Airvo/High-Flow oxygen therapy utilized
\n
• 24/7 Respiratory Therapy and Pharmacy coverage
\n
• Hospitalist on-site during the day and on-call overnight
\n

• General telemetry admissions

• Every other weekend

• 2 days of unit-specific orientation

Experienced Telemetry RN with strong neuro and cardiopulmonary assessment skills, confident EKG interpretation, and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced telemetry environment while meeting pre-employment dysrhythmia testing requirements.
