LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Administrative Director for a travel nursing job in North Adams, Massachusetts.

Administrative Director (RN) – Nights | North Adams, MA

- Shift: Nights (11:00 PM – 7:30 AM), 36 hrs/week
- Experience:
- 3+ years leadership experience (required)
- Acute care hospital operations (including emergency/critical care)
- Conflict resolution experience
- Education: BSN or higher (required)
- License/Certs:
- Active MA RN license
- BLS & ACLS (AHA)
- Oversee hospital operations during nights/weekends
- Manage inpatient units + ancillary/support departments
- Act as clinical leader and decision-maker
- May cover as shift supervisor at BMC if needed
- Work history, skills checklist (critical care)
- 1 recent supervisor reference
- All certifications + MA license
- Permanent address (no candidates within 50 miles)
- RTO must be declared upfront
- Must have own vehicle
- Weekend/Holiday: As needed
- On-Call: None
