- Duration: 13 weeks (option to extend up to 16 weeks)\n
- Start Dates: 02/09/2026 or 02/23/2026 (Orientation every other Monday)\n
- Hours per Week: 36\n
- Shift: 12-hour days\n
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,910 - $2,010\n

- Minimum 2 years of recent RN experience; prior travel nurse experience required\n
- Active Virginia RN license or Compact RN license (must be active at start)\n
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH Stroke Scale\n
- Charge nurse experience preferred (training provided; pay differential available)\n
- Experience with Cerner EMR preferred\n
- Ability to work 2 of 3 winter holidays\n
- Submission documents: work history (explain gaps >90 days), skills checklist, copy of Nursys/license\n
- Approved COVID/Flu declinations accepted\n

- Provide high-quality nursing care to intermediate-acuity patients including cardiac, telemetry, neuro, med-surg, and CVA cases\n
- Perform charge nurse duties as required; mentor unit staff and support students/new hires in a teaching hospital\n
- Monitor telemetry, manage cardiac patients, titrate drips per protocol, and respond to rapid changes in patient condition\n
- Accurately document patient care using Cerner EMR and follow hospital policies and protocols\n
- Participate in orientation, competency validation, and ongoing clinical training\n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes\n
