- Shift: 12-hour nights (18:45 – 07:15), 3 shifts/week – Night Shift RN\n
- Hours per Week: 36\n
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,350 – $1,420\n
- Charting / EMR: Epic proficiency required (level 3 or 4)\n
- Scrub Color: White\n
- Parking: Free parking in any unrestricted space\n
- Floating: May float within scope to affiliated hospitals within 20 miles (Martin North, South, Tradition)\n

- Experience: Minimum 18 months recent RN experience required; 2 years PCU/Stepdown preferred; recent ICU experience required (telemetry nurse/PCU nurse background preferred)\n
- License: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license; pending license may be considered\n
- Certifications: AHA BLS and ACLS required at submission; NIHSS must be obtained prior to start\n
- Epic EMR: Must rate 3 or 4 in Epic proficiency\n
- Clinical Skills: Telemetry monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation/management, rapid response/code team participation, blood product administration, central and peripheral line care, management of cardiac drips (no titration), oxygen delivery, non-invasive airway support, isolation precautions/PPE\n
- Pre-start: Ability to complete time-sensitive pre-start modules (6–15 hours) and required orientation testing (EKG and Pharm tests; 2 attempts max each)\n
- Nicotine-Free: Must be nicotine-free (negative 10-panel + nicotine drug screen required within 12 months of start)\n
- Vaccinations: COVID-19 and Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only)\n
- References: 2 references from a direct supervisor/manager, ANM, or director required\n
- First-time travel nurses: Welcome — first-time travelers accepted\n

- Provide compassionate, high-quality bedside nursing care to cardiac stepdown and PCU patients during night shifts (cardiac nursing, telemetry care)\n
- Monitor and interpret telemetry strips, recognize and manage dysrhythmias, and escalate care appropriately\n
- Safely administer medications and blood products, and manage cardiac drips per protocol (no titration)\n
- Perform focused assessments, initiate clinical interventions, and deliver patient and family education\n
- Document accurately and efficiently in Epic EMR (Epic charting for nurses)\n
- Provide central and peripheral line care, manage oxygen delivery and non-invasive airway support, and adhere to infection prevention standards\n
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure safe transitions of care and positive patient outcomes\n
- Float within scope to nearby affiliated hospitals as needed\n
