This is a true L&D position. The RN will primarily work in Labor & Delivery but must also be comfortable assisting with:
- Postpartum care
- Couplet care
- Newborn nursery
- OBGYN post-operative patients
- Minimum 3 years of RN experience
- BLS, ACLS & NRP required
- Must have completed at least 2 prior travel contracts (No first-time travelers)
- Must live 80+ miles from the facility
- Experience with Meditech charting system
- On-site drug screen required as part of FDI
- Additional drug screen required for compliance clearance
- Candidate must secure housing in advance (housing availability has been an issue)
- OT billable after 48 hours
- Facility may cancel 1 shift every 2 weeks
- No specific scrub color required
- Unit Director will interview within 48 hours
