Position: LDRP RN – Night Shift (3x12: 19:00–07:30)\nStart Date: ASAP | Contract: 16–20 weeks | Weekend Required: Yes\nExperience: 4+ yrs LDRP (Charge preferred, first-timers considered)\nCertifications: BLS, NRP, AWHONN\nFloating: Within hospital only | Block Schedule: No | Pending License: Accepted\nResponsibilities: Care for low–moderate risk laboring, antepartum, postpartum patients & newborns; triage, MSEs, circulate/recover C-sections, initiate NRP (CPAP/PPV), IV starts, newborn transitions\nSkills: Triage, fetal monitoring, baby nurse/transition, NRP, BLS\nHospital: Hillsboro Medical Center – Short-term acute, Level III trauma, teaching hospital, 167 beds\nPerks: EPIC charting, free parking, scrubs provided
