- Type: Outpatient Cancer Center (state-of-the-art, adjacent to Mission Hospital)
- Charting System: EPIC
Role Overview:
- Serve as a Nurse Navigator for Oncology patients undergoing active treatment
- Manage and coordinate patient care plans throughout the treatment journey
- Provide guidance, education, and support to patients and families
- Handle primarily administrative responsibilities related to care coordination
Requirements:\n\nActive RN License (no pending licenses accepted)\nONCC/ONS Certification required\nStrong Oncology experience required
