• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Montana or compact state (required)\n
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience; dialysis experience, hemodialysis, or ESRD care preferred\n
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts in an outpatient dialysis setting\n
• Must be a travel nurse from outside a 250-mile radius of Havre, MT (in-state applicants must meet this requirement)\n
• Strong clinical assessment, planning, and patient care skills relevant to dialysis nursing\n

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients receiving dialysis treatments in the outpatient Dialysis Unit\n
• Provide hemodialysis nursing care, monitor dialysis treatments, and support patients with ESRD\n
• Serve as a clinical resource for dialysis patients and interdisciplinary healthcare staff\n
• Deliver age-appropriate, patient-centered care and education to dialysis patients\n
• Collaborate with nephrology providers and the interdisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes\n
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation, uphold infection control and patient safety standards\n
