Assist with meals, hydration, and feeding as appropriate, ensuring resident comfort and safety. Monitor residents’ condition, report changes or concerns to the care team, and participate in handoffs between shifts. Support memory care programming and therapeutic activities to promote engagement and well-being. Maintain a clean, safe, and dignified living environment; document care provided and respond to call lights promptly. Requirements Ability to work effectively in a memory care setting and support residents with varying cognitive needs. Willingness to travel for a temporary assignment. Flexible to work any shift. Availability to maintain guaranteed 40 hours per week. Eligible to work in the United States and be present in the Essex Junction, VT area.
