- Must have skills/experience in Cardiology, Infectious Disease, Trauma, Inpatient General, Pediatrics, NICU, OB
- Preferred skillset: Ambulatory care, Surgery
- Required Education: Pharm D
- Licenses: Licensed Pharmacist (LP)
