We are looking for a provider to assist with coverage starting in April at a skilled nursing facility in Oklahoma. This facility has a 90% productivity expectation. If you're interested in this position one of our recruiters can work with you to obtain the appropriate state license.
- ASAP Start Date
- Monday - Friday, day shifts, 32 hours per week guaranteed
- Less than 1 year of experience required; SNF experience preferred
- 90% productivity expectation

Per week (based on a 40-hour week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $23.00 - $40.00 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
