Travel Physical Therapist Assistant – Home Health

Elara Caring is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to deliver direct PTA services in accordance with physician orders and the Plan of Care. You will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, reporting status changes and ensuring continuity of care across visits. Responsibilities include promoting the organization’s philosophy, educating patients and families, and assisting with prosthetic and assistive device use.
