Job Title: Travel-Physical Therapist (PT)

Location: Roanoke, VA 24014

Pay Rate: $50/hr

Guaranteed Hours: 40

Duration: 13 Weeks Contract

Shift: Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat

Your pay is based on Local or Travel position. Travel is residence >50 miles from the facility

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assess and treat patients' physical conditions and movement abilities.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans and administer therapeutic interventions.
  • Educate patients on self-management strategies and home exercises.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and advocate for patients' needs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and pursue professional development.

Requirements:

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
  • State licensure, typically through passing the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
  • Strong clinical, communication, and critical thinking skills.
  • Empathy, compassion, and commitment to ethical practice
