Physical Therapist Location: Vancouver, WA Agency: SnapCare Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: Rotating Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position SnapCare is partnering with a client known for its people-first leadership to find a qualified Physical Therapist in Vancouver, Washington 98660. The role is a contract position at a health and rehabilitation center with pay up to $60/hour. Job Summary: The Physical Therapist will assess, plan, and implement rehabilitative programs to improve patients’ mobility, reduce pain, and enhance physical function. Duties include evaluating patient conditions, developing individualized treatment plans, utilizing therapeutic exercises and modalities, and documenting patient progress in compliance with Oregon state regulations. Key Responsibilities Conduct patient evaluations and create customized treatment plans. Administer physical therapy interventions, including exercises, manual therapy, and equipment use. Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatments as necessary. Educate patients and families on recovery processes and home exercise programs. Ensure adherence to Oregon licensing standards and professional ethics. Qualifications Licensed in Oregon or a graduate of an approved Physical Therapist program or actively working toward licensure. Graduate of a CAPTE Accredited Physical Therapy Education Program. Experience in post-acute care or similar healthcare environment preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
