Job Description:
We are currently seeking experienced and adaptable Travel Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team for various assignments across different locations. As a Travel RN, you will have the opportunity to explore new healthcare settings while providing exceptional patient care. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols
- Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians or as authorized by healthcare professionals
- Monitor, record, and report symptoms and changes in patients' conditions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare needs, conditions, treatments, and self-care skills
Requirements:
- Valid RN license in the state of practice
- Minimum [+1] years of recent nursing experience in the specialty area (may vary based on assignment)
- BLS/CPR certification
- ACLS
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to different healthcare settings and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
