\n\nJob Requirements / Qualifications\n

\n
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist (acute care or hospital setting preferred)\n
• Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential\n
• Active Pennsylvania state respiratory license\n
• BLS certification (AHA)\n
• Strong clinical skills in ventilator management, oxygen therapy, airway management, and respiratory assessment (preferred)\n

\n\nKey Responsibilities – Respiratory Therapist (RRT)\n

• Deliver comprehensive respiratory care and therapy to patients in a hospital setting, including medical/surgical and acute care units\n
• Perform patient assessments, implement prescribed treatments, and monitor patient response\n
• Manage ventilators and provide ventilator support and weaning as needed; assist with ABG interpretation and oxygen titration\n
• Administer aerosolized/nebulized therapies, chest physiotherapy, and pulmonary hygiene interventions\n
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and continuity of care\n
• Participate in D/N rotation with majority daylight shifts (rare night shifts); weekend and holiday rotation as scheduled\n
• Maintain accurate documentation, adhere to hospital policies, and support quality and safety initiatives\n
