• Perform respiratory treatments including nebulizers, BIPAP/CPAP, and advanced ventilator management\n
• Conduct arterial blood gas procedures and interpret results to guide care\n
• Manage floor assignments (approximately 20–25 treatments per round) and provide high-quality clinical respiratory care\n
• Operate and troubleshoot oxygen delivery systems, ventilators, blood gas analyzers, and other respiratory equipment\n
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other clinicians to implement respiratory care plans for critical care and step-down patients\n
• Maintain accurate documentation using Meditech EMR and follow hospital policies and protocols\n
