Exciting Opportunity for Respiratory Therapists!\n\nJob Description:\n\n- Assignment Duration: 16-32 weeks\n- Location: Central Vermont\n- Unit: Respiratory Therapy Unit\n- Patient Population: Care for all age groups, including ICU and ED floors \n- Shift Details: \n - Monday to Sunday \n - Self-scheduling \n - 12-hour shifts \n - No specified scrub color \n - Every other weekend commitment required\n\nRequirements:\n\n- Certifications Needed:\n - RRT\n - AHA BLS\n - AHA ACLS\n - AHA PALS\n - NRP\n\n- Experience:\n - Minimum of 2 years’ experience required\n - Neonate and pediatric experience, including NICU/PICU\n - Must have EPIC experience within the past 2 years\n\n- Documentation: \n - All work history information must be complete \n - Explain any employment gaps over 90 days \n\nWork Environment:\n\n- Floating: Not required \n- Orientation: 3 days \n- Advanced Practice: N/A \n- Jewelry and Hair: Permitted if hygiene practices are maintained \n- Nail Polish: No chips or cracks \n\nEquipment Used:\n\n- Hamilton C3 and T1 Ventilator \n- V60 NIV \n- Airvo 2 and F&P Heated HFNC \n- Bubble CPAP \n\n- Support Available:\n - Respiratory staff available 24/7 \n - Anesthesia available 24/7 \n\nUnit Protocols:\n\n- Procedures:\n - External transports for adult critical care \n - RT driven protocols for bronchodilator therapy, hyperinflation, airway clearance, and NIV therapy \n - Mechanical ventilation protocols for ICU patients \n\nWhy Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): \nAt CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
