- Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential\n
- At least 1 year of recent hospital-based RRT experience\n
- NICU/PEDS experience required (neonatal and pediatric respiratory care)\n
- Active Pennsylvania Respiratory Therapist license (allow 6–8 weeks for processing if needed)\n
- Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, and PALS\n

- Administer nebulizer and Metered Dose Inhaler (MDI/DPI) medications\n
- Initiate and manage invasive and non-invasive mechanical ventilation across neonate to geriatric populations\n
- Perform arterial blood collection, analysis, and timely reporting\n
- Provide airway management and assist with intubation and re-intubation\n
- Assist with bedside bronchoscopies and tracheostomy care\n
- Conduct internal patient transports with ventilator and airway management support\n
- Manage neonatal bubble CPAP, high-flow nasal cannula, and oxygen therapy\n
- Deliver bronchopulmonary hygiene therapies (flutter, vest) and ongoing oxygen titration\n
