\n\nRequired Qualifications\n

  • Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential\n
  • At least 1 year of recent hospital-based RRT experience\n
  • NICU/PEDS experience required (neonatal and pediatric respiratory care)\n
  • Active Pennsylvania Respiratory Therapist license (allow 6–8 weeks for processing if needed)\n
  • Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, and PALS\n
\n\nKey Responsibilities\n
    \n
  • Administer nebulizer and Metered Dose Inhaler (MDI/DPI) medications\n
  • Initiate and manage invasive and non-invasive mechanical ventilation across neonate to geriatric populations\n
  • Perform arterial blood collection, analysis, and timely reporting\n
  • Provide airway management and assist with intubation and re-intubation\n
  • Assist with bedside bronchoscopies and tracheostomy care\n
  • Conduct internal patient transports with ventilator and airway management support\n
  • Manage neonatal bubble CPAP, high-flow nasal cannula, and oxygen therapy\n
  • Deliver bronchopulmonary hygiene therapies (flutter, vest) and ongoing oxygen titration\n
