What You’ll Do:
Perform diagnostic and pulmonary function testing
Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
Provide respiratory therapy treatments across diverse patient populations
Perform phlebotomy and IV starts/removals as required
Educate patients and families on respiratory treatments and equipment use
Respond to critical care needs, including neonatal patients
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems
What We’re Looking For:
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
Active state license required
Current BLS certification
Minimum 4 years of respiratory therapy experience
NICU experience required
Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
Excellent patient care and communication skills
