Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join a dynamic respiratory care team. The RRT will provide comprehensive respiratory care across all age groups, including neonatal, pediatric, and adult populations, in a high-acuity hospital setting.
- Perform respiratory assessments and diagnostic testing
- Manage ventilators, including BiPAP, CPAP, and weaning
- Administer respiratory medications and therapies
- Provide airway management (trach care, suctioning, extubation)
- Respond to critical situations including trauma and emergency care
- Assist with procedures such as C-sections, cardioversions, and high-risk deliveries
- Educate patients and families on respiratory care
- Document care using Epic
Minimum 1 year of RRT experience
RRT Certification (Required)
Active Washington State License
BLS & ACLS required
- Experience in NICU, Pediatrics, or Critical Care
- Certifications: PALS, NRP (preferred)
Experience in teaching or community hospital settings
