LanceSoft is seeking a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist for a travel job in Willits, California.

We are seeking an experienced Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) to provide comprehensive respiratory care across multiple units in a rural healthcare setting. This role requires strong critical care and neonatal experience, with the ability to adapt to varying patient populations and float between facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide respiratory care across all hospital units, including critical care and OB
- Manage ventilators and advanced respiratory support systems
- Administer respiratory treatments and medications
- Respond to emergencies and support code situations
- Assist in neonatal resuscitation and OB-related respiratory care
- Monitor and assess patient respiratory status
- Maintain accurate documentation in Cerner (Epic experience a plus)
- Float between Frank Howard and Ukiah facilities as required
- Active California Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) License (Required)
- Minimum 2 years of Respiratory Therapy experience
- BLS, ACLS, and NRP Certifications (Required)
- Cerner experience (Required)
- Critical Care experience (Preferred)
- OB / Neonatal experience (Preferred)
