- Role: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) / Travel Respiratory Therapist\n
- Setting: Hospital – Respiratory Department (Critical Access Hospital)\n
- Shift: 12-hour evenings (5pm–5am), every third weekend, with potential for additional weekday shifts\n
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week\n
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,730 – $1,860\n

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist (3–5 years preferred); experience in critical care, ED, or small hospital settings a plus\n
- Current NBRC credential (RRT preferred)\n
- Active Indiana State License\n
- Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS\n
- Competent in ABG blood draws and EKGs\n
- Experience with Epic electronic charting and Pyxis medication systems preferred\n
- Ability to work independently, manage ventilators and respiratory therapies, and respond to emergency department needs\n
- Black scrubs required\n

- Provide respiratory care and pulmonary support to inpatients, outpatients, and emergency department patients\n
- Administer scheduled and PRN respiratory treatments, oxygen therapy, aerosolized medications, and chest physiotherapy\n
- Manage mechanical ventilation and perform ventilator checks, troubleshooting, and patient assessments\n
- Perform ABG blood draws, EKGs, and interpret basic results to guide respiratory interventions\n
- Document patient care accurately and submit charges using Epic electronic medical record\n
- Manage medications and supplies using Pyxis medication dispensing systems\n
- Work independently for most shifts; available to be called in on short notice when needed\n
- Participate in department orientation, Epic class, and Cupid training; support continuous quality improvement in respiratory care\n
