**Join Our Dynamic Cardio-Respiratory Team!** **Job Description:** - **Position:** Travel Respiratory Therapist - **Shift:** 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM - **Unit:** Cardio-Respiratory - **Location:** Lewisville, TX - **Floor:** 1st - **Building:** Main **Unit Information:** - **Number of Beds:** 191 - **Staffing:** - Days: 8 FT staff; 4 Level 1 PRN - Nights: 10 FT staff - Day Shift: 1 Supervisor; 3 Staff - Night Shift: 1 Supervisor; 3 Staff **Key Responsibilities:** - Work independently with critical care level patients - Triage levels of care across multiple ranges of floors - Perform essential procedures including: - Nebulizer treatments - Ventilator checks - BiPap checks - ABG draws - Intubation assist - Extubation - Bronchoscopy assistance - PEP therapy - Lactic acid tests - EKGs - Patient assessments **Preferred Skills:** - Level 3 NICU experience is a plus **Equipment Used:** - Servo I, Servo U, V60, Hamilton C-1, Airvo, Volara, Vest **Required Certifications:** - ALS, PALS, NRP **Personality Traits:** - Team player - Willing to help as needed - Kind and compassionate **Floating Areas:** - ICU, PCU, ED & various floors **Schedule:** - Rotating weekends required **Dress Code:** - Black scrubs **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
