Shift: M-F, 8-5/730-430, no holidays/weekends

Qualifications:
- Active AZ RN license or compact
- AHA BLS
- Minimum Experience: 3yrs of Case Management Experience
- Collaborate with support nursing staff and with providers for patient care.
