Job Description
- Plan and Develop programs to improve patient care and employee performance.
- Monitor performance for patient care, assess units with nurse managers and communicates and assists with any corrective action.
- Develop Record keeping system to record medication errors/counselling.

- Seven years of experience is required, 5 of which were in a supervisory role.
