Job Description
Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Certification and minimum 2+ years Surgical Tech / Operating Room Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality perioperative nursing care in a 4-room OR suite covering diverse specialties including robotics, orthopedics, ENT, gynecology, general surgery, bariatrics, podiatry, and spine procedures
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including 5 RNs and surgical techs to maintain efficient, safe surgical workflows
- Participate in day shift coverage and be available for night on-call rotation in support of unit needs
- Adhere to hospital protocols including scrub attire (grey scrubs provided and laundered by the hospital) and Joint Commission standards
- Contribute to maintaining unit distinction through skillful, patient-focused care
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years hospital OR experience, preferably with recent practice in operative nursing
- Active NH state RN license at time of application
- BLS certification required; CNOR certification strongly preferred
- Experience with scrub procedures and robotic surgeries is a plus
- Strong communication, flexibility, and a positive attitude essential
Schedule:
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
- Night On-Call Rotation: MondayFriday, 3:30 PM 7:00 AM
- Weekend coverage approximately every 56 weeks
