Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality perioperative nursing care in a 4-room OR suite covering diverse specialties including robotics, orthopedics, ENT, gynecology, general surgery, bariatrics, podiatry, and spine procedures
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including 5 RNs and surgical techs to maintain efficient, safe surgical workflows
• Participate in day shift coverage and be available for night on-call rotation in support of unit needs
• Adhere to hospital protocols including scrub attire (grey scrubs provided and laundered by the hospital) and Joint Commission standards
• Contribute to maintaining unit distinction through skillful, patient-focused care

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years hospital OR experience, preferably with recent practice in operative nursing
• Active NH state RN license at time of application
• BLS certification required; CNOR certification strongly preferred
• Experience with scrub procedures and robotic surgeries is a plus
• Strong communication, flexibility, and a positive attitude essential

Schedule:

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
• Night On-Call Rotation: MondayFriday, 3:30 PM 7:00 AM
• Weekend coverage approximately every 56 weeks
