\n Seeking an experienced **Ultrasound Technologist** for a travel assignment at a community hospital. This role performs a variety of diagnostic ultrasound examinations while ensuring patient safety, delivering exceptional patient care, and supporting the imaging team in a fast-paced clinical environment.

\n **Requirements:**
\n * Active State Sonography License
\n * Minimum 3 years of Ultrasound experience
\n * Current BLS (AHA) certification
\n * Experience performing General, Abdomen, OB/GYN, and Small Parts ultrasound studies preferred
\n * Cerner EMR experience preferred
\n * Strong communication and patient care skills

\n **Assignment Details:**
\n * 12-week contract
\n * Evening shift: 3:00 PM – 12:30 AM
\n * Monday through Thursday (3 x 12-hour shifts)
\n * 36 guaranteed hours per week
\n * Holiday coverage required
\n * No on-call
\n * W-2 employment only (1099 not accepted)

\n **Responsibilities:**
\n * Perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations following department protocols
\n * Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper positioning during imaging procedures
\n * Produce accurate diagnostic images for physician interpretation
\n * Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment while adhering to quality standards
\n * Accurately document patient information and imaging studies using Cerner EMR
\n * Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team
\n * Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and departmental policies
\n * Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care throughout the imaging process
