Job type: 13-weeks contract
Schedule: Day Shift (5x8 hours, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
Weekly Hours: 40 hours/Week
Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to perform a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in general, OB/GYN, and vascular ultrasound, and be comfortable working with patients across all age groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general ultrasound exams including abdominal, pelvic, renal, and small parts imaging
- Conduct OB/GYN scans (1st, 2nd, and 3rd trimester, fetal anatomy surveys)
- Perform vascular studies such as carotid and venous Doppler exams
- Assist with ultrasound-guided procedures including biopsies, paracentesis, and thoracentesis
- Operate ultrasound equipment and maintain image quality standards
- Document findings accurately and maintain patient records
- Provide care to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to support diagnosis and treatment
Required Qualification:
- Minimum 1 year of Ultrasound experience
- ARDMS certification required
- BLS certification required
