You'll work in an environment where your expertise will help strengthen a procurement function that is commercially strong and socially meaningful.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Prepare, document and process daily depositsCollect necessary Treasury information for self-servicing access for project accountants and other finance staffPrepare documentation to open or close bank accounts; add or modify bank productsEnsure signature cards remain up-to-date and all required documentation is executed and maintained properly and timelyInitiate wires and ACH payments via online banking systems as needed and maintain templates for eachFunction as administrator for banking portals and first point of contact for routine banking service questionsPrepare and input monthly Treasury journal entries to SAP ByDesignComplete monthly bank reconciliations, research and resolve variancesRespond to internal and external audit requestsMaintain a positive relationship with banking representativesProvide support in other Treasury functions as assignedQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting/FinancePrevious Treasury/Banking experience is necessaryProficient with Microsoft Office applications, with an emphasis on ExcelDetail oriented with strong organization, communication, and time management skillsAbility to work in a challenging environment with competing priorities while providing timely communication of potential issues and conflictsAble to quickly learn new software quickly obtaining a beyond basic understandingAbility to conduct oneself in a professional manner and effectively communicate with various levels of managementThis position can be performed remotelyAdditional InformationThis is a remote role with minimal on-site requirements. Preference is given to candidates based locally or within close proximity to the office. This is an individual contributor role and does not have any direct reports. All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.Extensive standing, and sitting and continuous computer, phone, and deskwork required. Work will be primarily in a defined office environment with specified hours. Will require one on one and group interaction with individuals from a diverse range of backgrounds.
